These “super-hot” heirloom peppers make these incredible hot sauces. All homegrown on a beautiful 60 acre farm in Jordanville in upstate New York. Yes, there really is a Dr. Jane! ... on

And by isolating these different super-hot peppers, there are at least 6 different colors this year.

These heirloom peppers are mixed with onions, garlic, carrots, salt brine, fermented and Apple Cider vinegar is added. Each pepper has a unique flavor, and in combination they create a beautiful bouquet of spiciness. All the ingredients are grown on the farm without any chemicals with homemade compost.
