And by isolating these different super-hot peppers, were only available in 6 colors in the mini 1.7 oz. version this year. Much more to come next year!

These heirloom peppers are mixed with onions, garlic, carrots, salt brine, and fermented. Each pepper has a unique flavor, and in combination they create a beautiful bouquet of spiciness. All the ingredients are grown on the farm without any chemicals with homemade compost.
