COCOA Plums... chocolatey confections. vegan & gluten-free

We’ve been making authentic Sugar Plums for years.  They're immensely popular, yet so seasonal.

So we had visions of these novel authentic hand-made confections year-round.

And to offer yummy Vegan & Gluten-free treats for everyone!

So we added our proprietary Hot Cocoa Mix with Callebaut Chocolate,  spices and fine cocoa, to these white figs, dried plums, dates, and apricots, a little Rum, a splash of Grand Marnier orange liqueur ... and then rolled it in our cocoa mix.

They keep wonderfully well for weeks at room temperature and months in the refrigerator.
